The festival-competition consists of two stages: Stage I – the competition program, and Stage II – the gala concert and awards ceremony. These will take place at the State Drama Theater in the city of Gurjaani, Kakheti Region. During their stay in Georgia, groups will have the opportunity not only to participate in the festival but also to see many interesting and colorful places in our country and learn about Georgian history and culture.

- Soloists and small dance groups present one competition piece.
- Choreographic groups present two pieces of the same style.
- Theatrical productions – up to 20 minutes.
- Artists and photographers – no more than two works, up to A3 format.
Duration guidelines:
- solos, duets, trios, and other forms—approximately 3 minutes
- choreographic number—up to 6 minutes
- theatrical production—up to 20 minutes
Yes, you can, but if a choreographic group submits, for example, one folk dance and one modern dance, this is considered an additional nomination and is paid for separately.
All backing tracks must be:
- sent to the organizers in advance
- recorded on a separate flash drive
- have a backup copy
- labeled with the title of the piece, band name, performer's name, and track length
- Backing tracks are prohibited for vocalists. Only backing tracks are permitted. Soloists may use recorded backing vocals, as long as they do not overlap the main melody. Duets and ensembles sing without recorded backing vocals.
Yes. Participants must submit an application in advance. The application must include:

Yes. If the jury deems there are no worthy contenders, the Grand Prix and prizes may not be awarded. The jury's decision is final and not subject to review.
Yes. This is one of the strengths of such festivals. Depending on the country and package, participants can visit:
- city sightseeing tours
- boat cruises
- cultural and historical sites
- entertainment programs
- seaside recreation
Delegation leaders are responsible for the safety and health of the participants.
A prepayment system is usually in place:
- a portion of the amount is paid in advance
- the full amount is paid before arrival, within the timeframe specified by the organizers
- The documents also stipulate that if someone in the group does not arrive for reasons beyond the organizers' control after payment, the money will not be refunded.
If a group leaves behind trash or damages property on buses, in a hotel, in dressing rooms or in a concert hall, they are obliged to pay for the damage in the amount determined by the property owners.
